Will we lose our customisations when we upgrade?
Not if they are handled properly. We review every custom module, bring it to the new API, and drop the ones whose functionality is now standard in Odoo.
How much downtime does a migration need?
Usually a single planned window, often over a weekend. Because we rehearse first, we can tell you the actual duration in advance.
Can we migrate from a non-Odoo ERP?
Yes. We regularly migrate from SAP, Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho and spreadsheet-based systems.
Do we keep our historical data?
Yes, as far as you need it. Some clients bring everything; others bring open items plus a few closed years. We will advise on the trade-off.
