Will customisation stop us upgrading Odoo?
Not the way we build it. Every change is a separate module that extends standard behaviour, so the base version can be upgraded independently.
What is the difference between customisation and app development?
Customisation adjusts an existing Odoo module. App development builds new functionality that does not exist in Odoo at all. Many projects need a little of both.
Can you customise a system another partner built?
Usually yes. We review what is there first and tell you honestly whether it is worth extending or worth replacing.
How small a change is worth doing?
There is no minimum. Adding one field to a form is a perfectly reasonable request.
Do we get the source code?
Yes. Full source and documentation are handed over as part of every engagement.
